There is a Dangerous Defect Found in All Cars

It is extraordinary but every vehicle on the road suffers from a defect that has probably killed more people than we know, and no doubt have caused countless accidents... and it is staring the driver in the face! What I am referring to is the reflection of the vehicle's dashboard on the windscreen and you as a driver know exactly what I mean.

Every car suffers from dashboard reflection as the video alongside shows. Some cars are worse than others regarding this obvious but manufacturer ignored safety hazard.

We all experience the reflection of the dashboard onto the windscreen but instead of doing something about it, we simply shrug our shoulders and put up with it. And that is the danger. Not only is there a real danger of being blinded for moments at a time when the sun shines on the dashboard and you could travel a long distance in between these blind spots but also if you are a person who drives a lot, the strobe effect will make you tired - another factor that can contribute to an accident. And even when there is no sun, the dashboard is still reflected on the windscreen and sometimes it can be like looking through a mist all the time.

Make no mistake about it. The reflection of the dashboard onto the windscreen is a very dangerous hazard and it begs belief that motor manufactures and Health and Safety inspectors have chosen to ignore it. Yet there is a solution, a very simple solution and the Dash Deflector is it. It does exactly what it says on the tin! Stops the dashboard reflection on the windscreen giving a clear view of the road ahead, helping to eliminate driving fatigue and enhances the driving experience.

Enter the Dash Deflector!

While travelling back and forth from Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire to Barnstaple in Devon working out my notice having relocated, I was confronted by this overlooked safety hazard. At times, most in fact, the glare of the sun constantly reflected off the dashboard onto the windscreen and my field of vision. It was intolerable. Even when there was no sun, just like the photo above I felt like I was driving through a mist. Then things got worse when sun was shining. The mist effect got worse and then as the brightness of the sun was at its zenith there were times that the reflection of the dashboard was so bad that I could barely see. And when I could I had to squint my eyes often, and combat the strobe affect of gaps in the trees alongside the road.

Suffering this over a 4 hour trip was no joke and even when I tried sun glasses this had little effect to the problem. In desperation I tried something out and bingo! To my great relief it worked. It was so simple and yet 100% effective. My journeys thereafter was a breeze. I felt a lot better at my journey's end and less tired. In fact I even enjoyed driving because for the first time I could see clearly where I was going and did not suffer from the glare that had so dogged me until that time. Although initially it was a temporary measure it has become now an indespensible. The Dash Deflector was born.

Below is an example of before and after the prototype "Dash Deflector" was fitted on the driver's side. What a difference. The difference is even better when the product is fitted over the entire dashboard.

The internal air vent is still visible in both pictures. It is not advised to cover the air vent but Dash Deflector can easily be fitted to avoid this. Note that the blue smudge in both pictures was the reflection of the camera lens.
